Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer 30-60 day warranties depending on the product.

Can I get a warranty that will cover labor?

Unfortunately,  Snow Leopard Auto does not offer labor warranties. 

What if a part I purchased is the wrong size or item?

Gladly return or exchange it within 30 days with the original receipt. Please note tires cannot be returned. 

Do you sell aftermarket parts?

Snow Leopard Auto offers aftermarket parts. our inventory changes daily, please contact us if you don't see it online, we will gladly order it for you. 

Do you only sell to local Calgary? Do you Ship?

Snow Leopard Auto can ship anywhere. You pay the shipping, unless otherwise discussed. We will have it shipped out to you as soon as the item is paid for, some clients have COD options. 

Do you offer same day delivery within Calgary & surrounding areas?

Yes! We do offer same day delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas. We offer free delivery on larger parts such as engines and transmissions. Smaller items additional delivery fees may apply. Cost is determined by location

What type of vehicles do you offer? Do you offer truck parts?

Snow Leopard Auto offers a wide range of vehicles from American companies to European and our inventory expands daily. We specialize mainly in cars and small SUV's. Snow Leopard Auto DOES NOT carry trucks at this time, periodically we may have a couple in the lot, however, it is very rare. Snow Leopard Auto may carry them in late 2021-2022. At this time we do not have any available. 

Do I have to bring my tools to remove my part?

No,  leave your tools at home, no need to get dirty! Snow Leopard Auto gives our customers the convenience of having the parts readily available for them. It's simple; Give us a call, tell us what you need, we will give you a pick up time and you just come down to our office to pay and to take your part. 

Will you buy my used or scrap car?

YES!!!! Snow Leopard Auto will purchase your used or scrap car- Give us a call at 403-998-0615 and we will give you a quote!

What are your hours of operation?

Snow Leopard Auto is open Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm - Please note; The hours reduce in the winter months to 9am-5pm

What forms of payments do you accept?

Snow Leopard Auto accepts all forms of payment from credit cards, debit, cash and E-transfer. We do not accept personalized cheques
